 | Youth Equality Services (YES) YES is an inclusive youth program serving individuals ages 14 through 17 years old (18 years old allowed if enrolled in High School or the equivalent) regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression. The mission is to provide youth an inclusive, safe space for open dialogue, support and authentic self-expression. We envision empowered youth who have the freedom to express themselves openly and honestly. |

The $500.00 scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors or undergraduates who have earned less than 30 hours from a fully accredited university, junior college, or technical or vocational program, and been accepted for enrollment into an institution of higher education in the state of Arkansas.
